How are courses taught?

Classes consist of instructor-led lectures, exercises and labs.

What if I sign up and I don't like the course? What is your refund policy?

We are committed to providing the best training possible and our courses are backed by a full money back guarantee. If the course has not met your expectations, we will refund your money; no questions asked! As well, payment is not due until the end of the first class. This will give you an opportunity to assess the course and only pay if you wish to continue.

Can the course outline be customized to suit our company needs?

Yes, we can tailor our courses to meet your company's needs. We can modify the outline by adding/removing topics or simply focusing on specific topics.

Do you provide onsite training?

Are group discounts offered?

A 15% discount is applied for three or more students.

Do students get to use their own computer during the labs?

Yes! Each student will have an opportunity to practice on an individually assigned computer. There is no sharing of computers.
